POLICIES

IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR STAY AND THAT OF OTHER GUESTS AROUND YOU A HAPPY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING GOOD CAMPING PRACTICES

  • HAVE FUN!!  If you need assistance or information, please come to the registration desk.  Our Staff will be glad to help you.
  • Please have all RVers, guests and pets register at the office before entering the Resort.  Checkout time is 11:00 AM.  Late check-out may be arranged at the registration desk for $10.00 per hour if there is availability.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  Please minimize nighttime traffic and noise during these hours.
  • No pet fencing on the grass or anywhere.
  • Hanging clothes or towels from trees or RVs is not permitted; laundry facilities are provided.  Nothing may be affixed to trees in any fashion.
  • Washing vehicles or RVs or performing mechanical repairs, including changing oil and lubing, is prohibited, except by approved or recommended vendors or with permission.
  • Water, grey water, or effluent may not be emptied on the ground.
  • Firearms, lethal weapons, fireworks, slingshots, pellet, or BB guns are not permitted.
  • No open fires.
  • No tents.
  • No pickup campers unloaded.
  • No freestanding canopies.
  • Trash pickup is 9:00 a.m. Any trash that is put out after 9:15 am will be charged a $25.00 fee. No exceptions. Please do not leave trash out overnight.
  • Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.  Do not walk, run or cycle across or around another RVers site.
  • Please obey all posted notices and signs.
  • No smoking in any of the buildings in the Resort.  Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. If we see you doing so you will be charged a $25.00 fee.
  • Do not drive or park on the grass, other sites or in the street.
  • Please obey our 10 MPH speed limit and observe the one-way streets in the Resort.
  • Your RV and vehicle must be parked on your site.  If there is not enough room for your vehicle, you may need to move to a site big enough or arrange to put it into storage.
  • Site must be kept neat and free of trash, rubbish, toys, equipment and other possessions.
  • Please no doormats, rugs or Astroturf on grass.
  • Guests are responsible and will be held liable for the action and conduct of their visitors.
  • Visitors must abide by Resort rules.
  • Swimming pool is for registered guests only.
  • This RV Resort or its management is not responsible for loss, damage or claims for damage to property or RVs due to nature, fire, theft, accident or other causes.
  • Disregard for any of the rules will be sufficient reason for terminating an RVers stay without refund.
  • Management reserves the right to add to or change these or other rules, as circumstances require.
  • No Felonies
  • Rule’s for extended stay Rent and any other payments (i.e. utilities) are due and payable each month per the site service agreement.
  • You will be charged a late fee of $35.00 on the 1st initial day after your 3-day grace period and $10.00 each additional day until the debt is paid in full. No exceptions. A $50.00 NSF fee for all returned checks. Cash, cashier’s check or money order will be immediately required to recover the return check and personal checks will not be accepted for any future payments.
  • Utility trailers are not allowed to be parked on your site must arrange for storage. 
  • A minimum of a 7-day cancellation notice is required to receive the deposit refund without a cancellation fee. No refunds will be given if reservation is cancelled less than 7-day period prior to check-in.
  • Children are not to be unattended throughout the park and must be with an adult at all times.
  • RV’s and Sites must be kept clean at all times.

PET POLICY

The Alamo Fiesta welcomes pets, so long as the following rules are followed:

Alamo Fiesta RV & Resort is pet friendly and welcomes campers who travel and share their camping with the family dog and/or cat. However, to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy if you will have a pet with you.

  • Pets are welcome but their owners must be well behaved!! 😉
  • Pets must be registered at the front office prior to check in.
  • All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times if outside the camping unit.
  • We do not allow pets in the office. NO PETS in the store, bathrooms, laundry, game room, playground, recreation areas and the pool area or structured facility.
  • Dogs are not to be walked by children 6 years and under unless accompanied by an adult.
  • All pet owners are required to pick up all pet droppings on and off their site, seal it in a plastic bag and dispose of in a trash can. Not picking up after your pet is reason to be asked to leave the campground.
  • Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the manager will ask you to find other camping accommodations.
  • Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pets barking behavior.
  • Service dogs of any breed are welcome. However, these animals must follow the leash policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior. We must have proper documentation of service pet and we must review for approval before coming on board.
  • Pets must not be left outside unattended by their owners at any time. Dog kennels or crates are not permitted to be used outside the camping unit. Dogs must be inside your camper at night. 
  • Pet’s 20 lb. or less are permitted in our Cabins with a $10.00 fee daily. Limit to 1 dog. Damages to the inside or outside the Cabin, and flee treatment will be charged to your credit card.
  • We have a fenced in Pet Park located in the shade directly to the left of the front office. Doggie trash bags and trash can are there for your needs in picking up after your dog. There are doggie stations throughout the park.
  • Pets must keep their owners on the other end of a leash at all times when outside the rig, including your site, but may play off the leash with other doggies while inside the fenced pet run.
  • Owners must clean up their pet’s “potties”.  Refer to park map for location of pet run areas and pet waste bins. Please do not take your pet for a walk without a “clean-up” bag in hand.
  • Do not tie pets outside your RV unless you are at the site, or for unreasonable periods of time.
  • Pets must not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests at the park.
  • Cats may not roam free inside the Resort.
  • We take all of the above rules very seriously.
  • No more than 3 pets per rig-
  • No Dog fencing
  • Dog houses are not allowed
  • When walking your pet make sure that your pet does not go on any sites to do the restroom.
  • Please keep in mind that it is very difficult for our staff to mow the lawn if there is poop everywhere. Please be courteous of others.
  • We see everything and or someone will report you so make sure you follow our rules.
  • Do not wash any pet items in our laundry facility. 

We cannot accept breeds having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs and humans. Breeds that are not allowed are Dobermans, Pitt Bulls, Mastiffs, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweiler’s, Chows, Siberian Huskies, Akita’s, German Shepard’s, Great Danes, Terriers, Bulldogs, Wolfs and mixes of any of these breeds. Unless approved by management. Failure to bring any of these types without management approval will result in an eviction off our property.

Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Resort may result in eviction from the premises.
